We created Banno ki Saheli, a modern bridal accessory brand that blends the timeless beauty of Indian wedding rituals with thoughtful, contemporary design. Rooted in tradition yet styled for today’s celebrations, the brand honors meaningful symbols, handcrafted details, and the emotional bonds that define a bride’s journey.
Banno ki Saheli (translating to "The Bride's Companion") is more than a bridal accessory label it's a celebration of the sisterhood, rituals, and intimacy that make Indian weddings magical. At its heart, the brand honors the bride’s tribe her closest friends and sisters the ones who stand by her side, laugh through rituals, and cry happy tears at bidaai. The brand launches with a focus on Kalere the quintessential ornament tied to the bride's wrists, symbolizing blessings, happiness, and friendship. Eventually, Banno ki Saheli will evolve into a full-fledged wedding jewelry brand, offering curated pieces for bridesmaids, brides, and wedding guests.
Banno ki Saheli celebrates the deep emotional bond between the bride and her closest friends and sisters, honoring the women who stand beside her through every ritual and emotion.
The brand reimagines age-old customs through a contemporary design lens, making bridal jewellery feel relevant, elegant, and timeless for today’s weddings.
Every piece is rooted in Indian wedding traditions, designed to preserve the symbolism, blessings, and cultural significance behind each ceremony.
Each accessory is carefully designed with attention to detail, quality, and finish, ensuring it feels as special and enduring as the moments it represents.
The Banno ki Saheli logo blends elegance with cultural depth. The ‘O’ in Banno forms a stylized bride’s face, resembling a bracelet, while ‘ki’ in Devanagari script grounds the brand in Indian tradition. Set in Mallong Regular, the wordmark feels luxurious, graceful, and rooted in bridal storytelling.
“की” (ki) is beautifully written in Hindi, emphasizing cultural authenticity. This bilingual touch symbolizes the brand’s rootedness in Indian tradition and connects emotionally with its target audience.
“O” in Banno has been stylized as a bride's face, adorned with maang tikka (forehead jewellery) and earrings, subtly forming the silhouette of a bracelet or bangle an iconic symbol in bridal attire.
