Thus began the “”sip for soul”” campaign. Hosted on select evenings, the High teas are tea tasting sessions. The evenings are our way of introducing customers to the subtle nuances that make each cup of tea from Kerala unique. The beauty of tea lies in its hidden notes, delicate aromas, and rare flavors. And it is precisely such beauty that we seek to introduce our guests over cups of local teas and subtle blends. This attracted a lot of tourists from other resorts, local elites, and the guests over to the new restaurant”
